About Me

My name is Jackie Kelleher and I have over 18 years experience as an Early Childhood Educator and Montessori teacher working with young children in the Washington DC Area. for 18 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with children, exploring the development of art, language, writing, math, science, history, art, and geography. As a trained and certified Montessori teacher, I follow each child’s individual development path supporting their interests and social, emotional, and academic needs. Each child is unique, and it is my joy to bridge their developments to new discoveries.

Ms. Jackie’s Culture Adventures Mission Statement: As an avid traveler and art history enthusiast, it is my passion to bring to life world cultures, art appreciation, geography, language, music, and international cuisine for young children in a fun, interactive learning environment. It is my mission to open the world to children broadening their cultural knowledge while expanding their connections and confidence.

Ms. Jackie’s Tutoring Mission Statement: My years as an Early Childhood Montessori teacher has prepared me to continue supporting young children’s learning needs in a fun, thoughtful and caring approach. It’s important to establish a joy-to-learn environment with engaging materials, games, and lesson plans. It is my mission to connect children with their developing skills, self-confidence, and shine the light on their success .
